In this post, I wanna talk about a really important skill I built up in the last couple of years: To be more self-aware by listening to my body & mind. Self-awareness and -acceptance are still way too underrated in our society in my opinion.
My current read is The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin. The search for happiness, how people define it, what happiness means in different parts of the world and for people individually, these are questions that drive me (and the content of my blog).
I bet the energy and motivation a lot of people had in the first week of January is now long forgotten and they went back to their daily grind only a couple of weeks later. Stressed. Anxious. Unhappy.
Are you comfortable choosing and sticking to a certain outcome or are you driven by fear you could end up deciding for the wrong thing? For the longest time, I dreaded any decision I had to make. I got caught up in what is called nowadays “overthinking”.
This is an honest letter to all the single ladies out there, who don’t wanna be single anymore. Change always requires energy, time and willingness from the person who wishes to change, there’s really no quick fix or magic involved.
