What is this category about?
Soul food recipes is a collection of plant-based recipes, mostly healthy & easy. It’s your cheat day? Or you got a sweet tooth? I’ve got you covered, as well :)
All recipes need only a few ingredients and rely mostly on fresh produce, since I try to avoid any packaged or processed food as much as I can.
This is an archive, that doesn’t mean though, that the recipes are old. I make sure, that they’re still relevant by updating them on a regular basis as needed.
What if I follow a different diet?
I really hope, that you enjoy this site and that you find something useful for your next kitchen adventure. And you don’t need to follow a plant-based diet to prepare those dishes. Simply adjust them as per your needs.
