Are You Struggling With...
... Self-confidence and low self-esteem? Are you afraid to let 'your true self' be seen? Do you want to change that to feel accepted and appreciated? Then read on, the following is for you!
What's the story, you've been repeating to yourself over and over again?
Here's a selection of thoughts I kept telling myself for a long time:
"I'm not good enough."
"I have to loose weight, I'm nowhere fit or thin or lean enough."
"That was the dumbest thing I've ever done! I'm SO stupid."
"Oh my, she's beau-ti-ful... I'm never going to look like her!"
The truth is: We all tell ourselves stories that keep us small, hold us back and will never make us happy. It's so rare that we empower ourselves, are proud of what we've achieved, or simply enjoy, that we are the way we are.
But: We're unique! And that's an amazing thing! We don't need to 'fit in' or try to live someone else's (staged insta-) life.
Each and every one of us being on this planet is a miracle. I know, this is hard to accept. We don't wanna see ourselves as something special, but the truth is, WE ARE. Every. Single. One. Of us. This is so powerful! Let's never forget that 🙂
So, how about we get rid of those negative thoughts and let go of whatever is holding us back?
I can help you to achieve that. But first, I want to tell you a short story about me.
How I changed my life for the better through Authenticity
When I was a kid, I always wanted to fit in. I grew up in a small town. And the other kids didn't like that I looked and was very different. I got bullied for having visible body hair, for having a darker skin color, for speaking another language (my second mother tongue is Spanish), for being a lot smarter than most of my classmates and also kind of nerdy.
I was never a fashionable girl, boys didn't want to speak to or even date me. When they talked in my direction, they usually made some kind of cruel joke and sometimes even insulted me. I always thought that it was my fault. That I needed to be more like them. 'I am not pretty enough. Why am I not considered as being 'cool'?'. My mum was the only person throughout the years empowering me and holding me tight whenever I couldn't take it anymore just sobbing uncontrollably in her arms.
Only when I started going to university in a bigger city, when I moved away and got to know open-minded people, I started to understand: It was never me, it was always them. Things changed pretty quickly from this moment on, I found real friends (at the age of 20!), I started dating and to work on my (very shattered) self-confidence. I didn't need to change in order to be accepted or to fit in. In order to belong, I needed to find the kind of people, that liked the real me - my tribe of compassionate, kind, loving and generous people, who are true to themselves, as well.
About having the Right Mindset
I honestly think the only way to go is to embrace our uniqueness and in consequence to be as authentic as we can. And if that means others think I'm weird for being my natural self, so be it. This is actually an amazing filter for having the right people in one's life. Somebody doesn't want me to sit at their table? That's fine, because I learned to create my own table and invite the kind of people I like to sit with me. And you can do that, too!

Here's How I Can Help You
I offer customized Coaching Packages as well as Workshops and we can get started in 3 Steps:
The First Step for both of us is to determine if working together is a good fit. Book your spot for a complimentary coaching session by filling out my questionnaire. After reviewing it, I'll get in touch with you within 24 - 48 hours.
The Second Step starts with my feedback, if I'd be the right person to help you or if I can recommend any other resources for you. If coaching makes sense, we'll set a date for a complimentary session. After getting to know you better through that session, I'll share with you specific insights and advice on your current situation as well as my suggestion for any future coaching - but only if I think, that'll be the right approach for you.
The Third Step is my proposal for you based on the knowledge that we gathered in step 1 and 2. If you feel comfortable with my tailored offer, we get the coaching started and focus on your personal development with the eye for detail that it deserves.
Things others have said about working with me
"You must know it was a real pleasure working with Nina and I do hope our paths will cross again!"
"It has been the utmost pleasure working with Nina. Her commitment, loyalty and what is seemingly effortless hard work has been very much appreciated."
"Ultimately, Nina's dedication and commitment helped me to succeed in being more confident about who I really am.”
Why working with me is different - My approach
Open communication as well as regular feedback is very important to me. It's been one of my most important tools in the past and the skill all of my clients value above everything else. This is why I expect my clients to be super honest and as open as possible about their wishes, motives and ultimate goals to avoid any misunderstandings.
Working on ourselves is never easy. It's tough and sometimes even painful, because we're leaving our comfort zone. It requires courage and commitment. This is why so many people don't achieve their goals. They don't want to put in the hard work that is needed in order to progress. It also won't be easy to hear the truth about certain things, but I'm not the kind of person who sugarcoats reality. I will give you honest and candid feedback, so you can grow. This is why I carefully select my clients by using the above evaluation process.
If you don't feel ready to work with me, that's absolutely fine. No strings attached. No hard feelings. It has to be a clear "YAAAS!" from your side, so I can create powerful experiences for you. My main goal is to deliver exceptional value and to be as helpful as possible. If you walk away from our initial complimentary conversation with valuable insights or even an exciting breakthrough, there might be no further need for coaching - and I'll be grateful and so happy for you 🙂
You're only one step away to live a more authentic and thus happier life!
All of the above sounds reasonable as well as exciting to you and you're more than ready for a life-changing experience? Then, I'm really thrilled to hearing from you!
Please note: Spots are limited. I only offer 5 complimentary coaching sessions per month. Coaching sessions will happen through telephone calls unless you're based in the U.A.E., then in-person meetings are possible as well.
